Je ale nutn\u00e9 dodr\u017eet v\u0161echny suroviny, kter\u00e9 jsem pou\u017eila &#8211; \u0159\u00e1dn\u011b ope\u010denou cibuli, hov\u011bz\u00ed v\u00fdvar a \u010derstv\u00fd kopr.<\/p>\n<p>Kv\u011bt\u00e1k jsem ji\u017e m\u011bla uva\u0159en\u00fd, p\u0159esto jsem z\u00e1klad je\u0161t\u011b 5 minut pova\u0159ila. Mysl\u00edm, \u017ee m\u016f\u017eete pou\u017e\u00edt i syrov\u00fd kv\u011bt\u00e1k, potom ho va\u0159te o pozn\u00e1n\u00ed d\u00e9le a pou\u017eijte o trochu v\u00edce v\u00fdvaru. Tak\u00e9 kalorick\u00e9 hodnoty se v tom p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b budou mali\u010dko li\u0161it.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Suroviny<\/strong> &#8211; 21 g \u0159epkov\u00e9ho oleje, 45 g cibule, 170 g va\u0159en\u00e9ho kv\u011bt\u00e1ku, 40 g smetany na \u0161leh\u00e1n\u00ed 30 %, 24 g \u010derstv\u00e9ho kopru, 250 ml hov\u011bz\u00edho v\u00fdvaru<\/p>\n<p><strong>Postup<\/strong> &#8211; na oleji ope\u010deme dozlatova nadrobno nakr\u00e1jenou cibuli. Potom p\u0159id\u00e1me pokr\u00e1jen\u00fd kv\u011bt\u00e1k, v\u00fdvar a asi 5 minut pova\u0159\u00edme. Z\u00e1klad om\u00e1\u010dky rozmixujeme, p\u0159id\u00e1me nasekan\u00fd kopr a smetanu. Prom\u00edch\u00e1me a asi 5 minut nech\u00e1me pomalinku prova\u0159it. Dochut\u00edme sol\u00ed nebo ko\u0159en\u00edm, na kter\u00e9 jsme zvykl\u00ed.
