Pak p\u0159id\u00e1me \u0161unku, drobn\u011b pokr\u00e1jenou zeleninu nebo posekan\u00e9 bylinky.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Suroviny<\/strong> &#8211; 60 g mozzarelly, 1 v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed vejce &#8211; 59 g, 2 l\u017ei\u010dky psyllia &#8211; 3 g, \u0161petka soli. Na ope\u010den\u00ed vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed vrstvu oleje.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Postup<\/strong> &#8211; s\u00fdr nakr\u00e1j\u00edme nadrobno, p\u0159id\u00e1me psyllium, s\u016fl a vejce.
