Druh\u00fd den ho p\u0159end\u00e1me i s vodou, ve kter\u00e9 se nam\u00e1\u010del do hrnce, p\u0159id\u00e1me bobkov\u00fd list, nov\u00e9 ko\u0159en\u00ed a va\u0159\u00edme dom\u011bkka. V klasick\u00e9m hrnci asi 2,5 hodiny, v papinov\u00e9m hrnci sta\u010d\u00ed p\u016fl hodiny. Mezit\u00edm si na s\u00e1dle osma\u017e\u00edme kosti\u010dky cibule do zlatova, \u010d\u00e1st si p\u0159end\u00e1me na posyp\u00e1n\u00ed, do \u010d\u00e1sti na p\u00e1nvi vsypeme mouku a usma\u017e\u00edme j\u00ed\u0161ku. Uva\u0159en\u00fd hr\u00e1m sced\u00edme, v\u00fdvar si ponech\u00e1me. Propas\u00edrujeme nebo rozmixujeme, roz\u0159ed\u00edme \u00a0trochou v\u00fdvaru. Hrachovou hmotu vlijeme do kastrolu, p\u0159id\u00e1me j\u00ed\u0161ku, osol\u00edme, rozm\u00edch\u00e1me a spole\u010dn\u011b pova\u0159\u00edme. Hustotu ka\u0161e uprav\u00edme v\u00fdvarem. Dob\u0159e prova\u0159\u00edme, osol\u00edme podle chuti, p\u0159id\u00e1me v ruce promnutou major\u00e1nku.
