N\u00e1pl\u0148 je nezvykl\u00e1, d\u011bl\u00e1 se z pl\u00ed\u010dk\u016f, hlavn\u011b tedy z vep\u0159ov\u00fdch plic a srdce. Kdy\u017e maso p\u0159iprav\u00edte podle tohoto receptu, p\u0159ekvap\u00ed v\u00e1s chut\u00ed, kterou byste ne\u010dekali.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Suroviny na t\u011bsto<\/strong> &#8211; 500g hladk\u00e9 mouky, l\u017ei\u010dka soli, 1 vejce, 40g dro\u017ed\u00ed, 30g oleje, vla\u017en\u00e9 ml\u00e9ko, \u0161petka cukru<\/p>\n<p><strong>Suroviny na n\u00e1pl\u0148<\/strong>\u00a0&#8211; asi 500g vep\u0159ov\u00fdch plic, 300g vep\u0159ov\u00e9ho srdce, 2 v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed cibule, s\u016fl, pep\u0159, na sma\u017een\u00ed s\u00e1dlo<\/p>\n<p><strong>Postup<\/strong> &#8211; na t\u011bsto si p\u0159iprav\u00edme kv\u00e1sek, v\u0161echny suroviny sm\u00edch\u00e1me a zpracujeme vl\u00e1\u010dn\u00e9 kynut\u00e9 t\u011bsto a nech\u00e1me 1 hodinu vykynout.<\/p>\n<p>Na n\u00e1pl\u0148 si pod tekouc\u00ed vodou \u0159\u00e1dn\u011b omyjeme maso. Z plic vykr\u00e1j\u00edme v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed trubice, ze srdce vykr\u00e1j\u00edme tu\u010dn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed \u010d\u00e1st, pokud tam je, oboje nakr\u00e1j\u00edme na men\u0161\u00ed kostky a umeleme na masov\u00e9m strojku. Umeleme tak\u00e9 cibule a oboje d\u00e1me na v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed p\u00e1nev a restujeme, a\u017e maso zm\u011bn\u00ed barvu. Pak osol\u00edme, opep\u0159\u00edme a nech\u00e1me vychladnout. Umyjeme si masov\u00fd strojek a je\u0161t\u011b jednou studen\u00e9 maso umeleme. pak ochutn\u00e1me a p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b uprav\u00edme chu\u0165. N\u00e1pl\u0148 by m\u011bla b\u00fdt o trochu slan\u011bj\u0161\u00ed a pep\u0159en\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, ne\u017e b\u011b\u017en\u011b ko\u0159en\u00edte. \u010c\u00e1st chuti se ztrat\u00ed v t\u011bst\u011b.<\/p>\n<p>Vykynut\u00e9 t\u011bsto rozd\u011bl\u00edme na stejn\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti, napln\u00edme n\u00e1pln\u00ed podobn\u011b jako buchty a dlan\u00ed stla\u010d\u00edme na pomou\u010dn\u011bn\u00e9m prk\u00e9nku.
